About Out Of Office – the LGBTQ+ luxury travel experts
Planned from scratch by one named LGBTQ+ travel specialist, around your dates, pace and preferences.
LGBTQ+ specialists
Luxury travel planning for LGBTQ+ travelers worldwide.
Tailor-made
Every trip built around your dates, style and preferences.
Group tours
Curated group departures and shared journeys with others.
Welcoming hotels
Properties handpicked by our expert team of specialists.
Your own expert
One named person and a 24-hour number while you travel.
What we do
Everything is built from scratch. You tell us roughly what you have in mind, a named specialist shapes the trip around it, and you see the whole thing costed before anything is confirmed.
We know which destinations welcome you, which hotels we trust, and where more careful planning makes the difference between a good week and a memorable one.
How a tailor-made trip is built
Nothing off a shelf
There is no brochure. Every itinerary is drawn from a blank page around your dates, your pace and what you actually want to see, which is why two clients going to the same country get two different trips.
Hotels handpicked by our team
Every property is handpicked by our team, chosen on whether it will treat two grooms or two brides as well as anyone else at breakfast.
Priced in full, first
You see the whole trip costed before anything is confirmed: flights, transfers, hotels, guides, the lot. Nothing is booked until you are happy with every line of it.
One named specialist
The person who plans your trip is the person you speak to, from the first conversation to the flight home.
Where the care shows
The driver waiting when it matters. The hotel knowing you are one of ours. The upgrade nobody had to ask for.
While you are away
A 24-hour number, a team who answer it, and a call when you are home, usually to start planning the next one.
Where people usually start
One of these people will plan your trip
One of these specialists will plan your trip and will be the person you speak to throughout. Every one of them is widely traveled, and between them they have been almost everywhere we sell.

We plant trees for every booking
For every booking made with Out Of Office we commit to planting trees in your name to help reduce the impact of travel on future generations. You'll even get a link to see where your trees are planted in the world via our partner Ecologi.
We donate to Rainbow Railroad with every booking
Rainbow Railroad helps LGBTQ+ people escape state-sponsored violence and persecution. A donation goes with every trip we sell, funded by us and never added to your price.
