Day 1: Welcome to Lisbon
Arrive in Lisbon, where a private driver and English-speaking assistant will ensure a seamless transfer to your accommodation, Pousada de Lisboa. This elegant boutique hotel blends historic charm with contemporary luxury in the heart of the city.
For dinner, indulge in Tavares, one of Lisbon’s oldest fine dining establishments, or savor Michelin-starred cuisine at Eleven with panoramic city views. For a truly special experience, Belcanto offers an innovative take on Portuguese flavors.
Your welcome package will include all necessary documents and recommendations to make your stay effortless and unforgettable.
Day 2: Lisbon’s Old Town & Fado
Meet your private guide for a walking tour through Alfama, Lisbon’s oldest district. Explore the Lisbon Cathedral, the iconic Casa dos Bicos, and the scenic Portas do Sol viewpoint. Immerse yourself in the city’s layered history, from Roman to Moorish influences.
In the evening, enjoy a private transfer to Casa de Linhares, an authentic Fado restaurant. Experience Lisbon’s soulful music, now protected by UNESCO, while enjoying a traditional Portuguese meal with wine.
Return to Pousada de Lisboa for a restful night.
Day 3: Portuguese Cooking Class
Today, dive into Portugal’s culinary heritage with a private cooking class led by a local chef. In a hands-on experience, prepare a full traditional meal—fish, meat, and dessert—using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Learn the secrets of Portuguese olive oils, cheeses, and cured sausages before savoring your creations with perfectly paired wines.
Leave with recipe details to recreate these dishes at home.
Return to Pousada de Lisboa and enjoy the evening at your leisure, perhaps with a nightcap in the hotel’s stylish bar.
Day 4: Alentejo Wine & Évora
Set off on a private full-day tour through the Alentejo wine region. Visit an exclusive winery blending medieval and contemporary architecture, where a guided tasting and snack-style lunch will introduce you to Portugal’s finest vintages.
Continue to Évora, a UNESCO-listed city rich in Roman ruins, palaces, and medieval cathedrals. Stroll through its historic center, visit the Temple of Diana, and admire the Évora Cathedral before returning to Lisbon.
Relax for your final evening at Pousada de Lisboa, or dine at one of our recommended restaurants.
Day 5: Journey to Porto
Your private driver will transfer you to Porto (approx. 3 hours). Check in at The Yeatman, a luxury wine hotel with stunning Douro River views and a world-class spa.
Spend the afternoon on a private guided tour of Porto’s UNESCO-listed historic center. Admire Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, and the vibrant Ribeira Square. Enjoy coffee and pastries at an Art Nouveau café before an optional visit to a Porto Wine Cellar.

Day 6: Exploring the Douro Valley

Day 7: Porto’s Food Scene

Return to The Yeatman for a leisurely afternoon for your final night in the country before your return flight the following day.
Day 8: Farewell to Portugal
Today, you will be taken by private transfer back to the airport to take your return flight home.
