Join a luxury tour of South Africa with a group of gay travelers and see the highlights of this unmissable country. You’ll set out on a 4-day safari at the stunning Lion Sands Private Game Reserve, where amenities such as an open bar and gourmet meals wait to be enjoyed, you’ll be pursuing the Big 5 in style and discovering the magic of the African bush.

After time in Lion Sands, you’ll also visit the majestic Victoria Falls where you’ll cruise down the Zambezi River and stay in 5-star accommodation. One of the highlights of this trip will be a 25-minute helicopter ride over Victoria Falls.

After the excitement of exploring the South African bush, you’ll then head to Cape Town, visit Signal Hill and taste South Africa’s finest at the Cape Winelands. Later on you’ll get the chance to participate in a tour of the Cape Peninsula, including the Cape Of Good Hope. This is a luxury trip: you’ll be staying in the best hotels and enjoying the highest standard of service throughout. An Out Of Office group trip is the ideal way for solo explorers to travel the world and make unforgettable memories.

More Information

Homosexuality is regarded as a complex issue in much of Africa, but in South Africa it’s far easier. South Africa is the unofficial gay capital of Africa and you’ll find Africa’s biggest LGBTQ+ community in Cape Town.

Cape Town boasts a vibrant and open LGBTQ scene centered in lively neighborhoods like De Waterkant. Find buzzing nightclubs, cafes, beaches, and cultural events catering to the LGBTQ community. Cape Town prides itself on diversity and self-expression.

Same-sex marriage has been legal since 2006, and LGBTQ+ people are protected from discrimination by the constitution. However, negative social attitudes can persist in some rural areas of South Africa, so it’s wise to be cautious when heading outside of major cities.
