Day 1: Arrival in Scotland

Your journey begins in Glasgow, where you will collect your rental car and set off on a scenic drive into the Scottish Highlands. As the road winds through towering mountains and deep glens, the landscapes grow ever more dramatic.

Spend your day exploring the awe-inspiring surroundings of Glencoe, famed for its sweeping valleys and rugged peaks. Ascend into the Nevis Range by mountain gondola for panoramic views over the Highlands, or take a tranquil moment at Loch Leven – a serene spot steeped in history.

Stay at Loch Leven Hotel – a charming lochside retreat, offering a true taste of Highland hospitality.

Day 2: Journey to Skye

Depart Glencoe and take a spellbinding drive toward Mallaig, following a route that runs parallel to the famous West Highland Line, known for its connection to the Hogwarts Express in Harry Potter. Board the ferry and cross the sea to the Isle of Skye, a place of ancient myths, rugged cliffs, and ethereal landscapes.

On arrival, explore Dunvegan Castle and Gardens with a private guide, discovering the centuries-old stories of the MacLeod Clan. Step back in time as you wander through grand halls, manicured gardens, and historic treasures. Before departing, savor a wee dram of whisky, just as the MacLeods have done for generations.

Day 4: Skye to the Cairngorms - A Highlands Adventure

Depart the Isle of Skye and journey towards the Cairngorms, stopping at the postcard-perfect village of Plockton. Take in the breathtaking views of Eilean Donan Castle, one of Scotland’s most iconic landmarks, perched on a small tidal island at the confluence of three lochs.

Continue past the legendary Loch Ness, keeping an eye out for its fabled resident, before arriving in the Cairngorms National Park. Here, you will find an enchanting mix of rolling hills, dense pine forests, and peaceful lochs.

Day 5: Onwards to Ireland

This morning, brace yourself for a private off-road adventure through Rothiemurchus Estate, where a local ranger will guide you through untouched wilderness, unveiling hidden gems of the Scottish countryside.

Afterward, return your rental car in Edinburgh before boarding a short flight to Dublin, Ireland. Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to your boutique accommodation. This evening, immerse yourself in Irish culture with a visit to the Guinness Storehouse, followed by a folklore and storytelling experience in one of Dublin’s oldest pubs.

Day 6: Discover Glendalough and the Wicklow Mountains

Day 7: Uncover the Emerald Isle

Upon arrival in Ennis, enjoy an evening of traditional Irish music in a local pub, where talented musicians bring the town to life with lively tunes and heartfelt ballads.

Day 8: The Cliffs of Moher and The Burren

Return to Park House Hotel in the evening to rest ahead of your return home.

Day 10: Return home

Rise early for your journey to Shannon Airport, where you will drop off your rental car before boarding your flight home. As you reflect on your adventure, you will carry with you the memories of misty mountains, historic castles, warm hospitality, and moments of sheer wonder in Scotland and Ireland.
