The property is built around the view: all suites have private balconies with panoramic caldera outlooks, and the main infinity pool puts the same spectacular panorama front and center throughout the day.

The signature restaurant sits beside the infinity pool with direct caldera views, serving fine dining built around Mediterranean flavors and locally sourced produce. À la carte breakfast is ordered the evening before and served on your private balcony overlooking the Aegean. The wine list leans into Santorini’s celebrated viticulture, with waiters on hand to guide pairings.

Each evening at sunset, the hotel hosts a complimentary sparkling wine and finger food gathering on the Charisma Suites stairs, a simple ritual that makes the most of Oia’s famous light. Beyond the property, the hotel partners with Santorini Yachting Club for catamaran sailing tours departing from Ammoudi Bay, with exclusive guest discounts. Wine tasting experiences draw on the island’s ancient viticulture, including its celebrated Vinsanto and Assyrtiko varieties.
