The flagship restaurant celebrates Burgundy with precision and creativity, offering a refined tasting experience built around seasonality and terroir. Le Clos, the hotel’s bistro and bar overlooking the winery, takes a more convivial approach with regional classics, seasonal produce, and hunting recipes come autumn.
