At a glance
SO/Paris is a 162-room lifestyle hotel on the banks of the Seine in the 4th arrondissement, on the edge of the Marais and a 12-minute walk from Notre-Dame.
The building occupies the upper floors of a high-rise with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, and rooms start on the seventh floor, giving every category a view across the Paris rooftops.
The design combines a fashion-led aesthetic with warm materials and bold colors, and the interiors were conceived in collaboration with Studio Other Spaces, the practice of artist Olafur Eliasson and architect Sebastian Behmann.
Paris is one of the most LGBTQ+ friendly cities in the world, and the Marais, directly on the doorstep, has been the center of LGBTQ+ life in the city for decades.

Highlights
- 162 rooms and suites across floors 7 to 14 on the Seine in the 4th arrondissement, on the edge of the Marais, with views of the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame and Sacré-Cœur
- Bonnie restaurant on the 15th floor and bar and club on the 16th floor, both with 360-degree panoramic views over Paris

Accommodation
Collection Room
The entry-level rooms are 25 square metres, each with a king-size bed and views over the courtyard or gardens. The interiors follow the hotel’s fashion-led design approach throughout.
Iconic Room
At 28 square metres, the Iconic Rooms face the River Seine or the Eiffel Tower, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Paris at its most recognisable. Each has a king-size bed, hammam shower and standalone bathtub.
Atelier Suite
At 57 square metres, the Atelier Suite has a king-size bed, a spacious sitting area with a sofa bed and panoramic city views. It suits guests who want more room without the scale of the larger suites.
Corner Suite
At 85 square metres, the Corner Suite occupies a corner position with views from multiple angles.
It has a separate lounge, a dining area with a table for four, and two balconies looking out over the city. The bathroom has spa-level amenities in keeping with the wider CODAGE partnership.
Panoramic Suite
The Panoramic Suite on the 14th floor has over 900 square feet of space with a king bed, a formal dining room and two terraces.
An adjoining bedroom available on request expands the space to close to 1,400 square feet. It is the most complete accommodation option in the hotel.
Further information
Food & Drink

Bonnie occupies the top two floors of the building. The restaurant on the 15th floor serves dinner with panoramic views over the Paris skyline. The bar and club on the 16th floor operate above it, making it one of the more elevated evening addresses in the city.
By day, Bonnie Bar serves lunch cocktails with the same 360-degree views. A mirrored ceiling installation by Olafur Eliasson reflects the city below.
Spa & Wellness

Spa Maison CODAGE operates in partnership with CODAGE Paris, a French brand focused on natural treatments. The spa has an indoor pool and treatment rooms alongside the 24-hour fitness room.
Each room and suite also has a hammam shower and standalone bathtub with CODAGE Paris products, giving guests the option of a private spa experience without leaving their room.
Free bicycles are available for guests who want to explore the city independently.
France
France operates on Central European Time, one hour ahead of the UK and six hours ahead of the East Coast of the US. The TGV high-speed rail network is one of the best in the world and should be the default for inter-city travel: Paris to Lyon in two hours, Paris to Marseille in three, Paris to Bordeaux in just over two.
