À la carte breakfast is ordered the evening before and served on your private balcony overlooking the Aegean. The wine list leans into Santorini’s celebrated viticulture, with waiters on hand to guide pairings.

Each evening at sunset, the hotel hosts a complimentary sparkling wine and finger food gathering on the Charisma Suites stairs, a simple ritual that makes the most of Oia’s famous light.
