Ulagalla is comprised of 20 chalets over 58 acres of land. The area is rich in wildlife, particularly birds. At the centre of the property is a former chieftain’s mansion. Half of the energy powering Ulagalla derives from a solar farm. This is a truly unique hotel in Anuradhapura.
The central mansion was once the most noble seat in this part of Sri Lanka. Fully renovated, the house has a restaurant, bar and pool surrounded by elegant gardens.
Much of Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle is within reach.
