Breakfast at Kyma is a leisurely affair, with panoramic sea views and a generous buffet of organic eggs, fresh-baked pastries, homemade preserves, and fresh juices. Kalypso Steak House delivers locally sourced seasonal cuisine in elegant surroundings, while George’s Bar has been a hip yet unpretentious island institution since the 1980s. In-room dining and private chef experiences complete the offering.
