This nine-day trip opens in Miami, a city whose LGBTQ+ history runs deep along South Beach and Ocean Drive, where Art Deco facades and an easy, sun-soaked pace set the tone for the days ahead. Mornings suit the beach, and evenings shift easily toward South Beach’s bars and restaurants, many of which have long served as anchors of Miami’s gay scene.
From there, the trip moves to sea, aboard a Virgin Voyages ship built around an adults-only, inclusive atmosphere rather than the family-resort feel of a typical cruise. The ship calls first at Costa Maya, a quieter stretch of Mexico’s Caribbean coast, known for its cenotes and Mayan ruins rather than crowds.
A second stop brings the ship to Bimini, in the Bahamas, where the water turns a shade of blue rarely seen elsewhere and the pace slows further still, with time built in for diving, snorkeling, or simply the beach.
The trip closes back in Miami, with a final stretch on land to make the most of the city before departure.

Days 1-3: Miami Beach
Settle into your beachfront Miami hotel and spend the first days easing into the city.
Mornings suit the beach, and a private sunset boat tour along the coastline is an easy way to mark the first evening.
A guided tour through South Beach’s Art Deco district, much of it tied to the neighborhood’s long LGBTQ+ history, gives the second day its shape, before an evening spent in the bars and restaurants along Ocean Drive.
Days 3-8: Caribbean Cruise
Board your ship for the sailing portion of the trip, built around an adults-only, inclusive atmosphere.
At Costa Maya, a quieter stretch of Mexico’s Caribbean coast, options include a cenote swim or a visit to nearby Mayan ruins.
At Bimini, in the Bahamas, the ship’s private beach club offers diving, shipwreck exploration, or simply a day on powder-white sand.
