Join a luxury gay group trip and discover Sweden and Norway. Your adventure will begin in Stockholm. You’ll visit the ABBA Museum which is rather camp and totally bonkers – everything you’d expect, in other words. From dancing queens to 17th-century mariners – quite a leap – you’ll visit the only fully preserved ship from the early-modern period.
Over in Norway, you’ll sail down fjords in the shadow of the Sunnmøre Alps. One of the highlights of this trip will be a helicopter ride through the fjords. You’ll also cycle stunning mountain passes and wine and dine at the IceBar in Stockholm.

Group Trip Breakdown
Day 1: Stockholm
Once we’ve settled into our luxury hotel we’ll have a welcome dinner in the heart of Stockholm.
Day 2: Stockholm
Our day begins with a tour of the ABBA museum. Discover the costumes and the melodies of Sweden’s biggest cultural export. If the red telephone rings you may want to answer it! Someone from ABBA will be on the other end of the line.
In the afternoon we’ll visit the Vasa museum and see the world’s only fully preserved 17th-century ship.
Day 3: Stockholm
We’ll head for a walking tour of the city in the morning. This will include stops at many of the city’s major landmarks like King’s Garden, Gustaf Adolf’s square and Raoul Wallenberg square.
At Millesgården we’ll see a museum dedicated to the work of sculptor Carl Milles.
Day 4: Norway
In the morning we’ll fly to Storfjord Hotel in the Norwegian fjords. Dinner and evening at leisure.
Day 5: Norway
We’ll meet some locals at a farm in Glomset and see a glimpse of rural life in Norway. In an old farmhouse, we’ll try some locally sourced delicacies. This will include locally hunted deer. All very Scandi.
Day 6: Norway
After breakfast, we’ll cruise along the fjords around the Sunnmøre Alps. The dramatic landscapes are a sight to behold. A local guide will take us kayaking along Hjørundfjord. It’ll then be time for a bike tour of Norangsvalley. Overnight at a historic hotel.
Day 7: Norway
This morning we’ll take a helicopter to Devold Outlet factory. We’ll then explore the shops and cultural attractions of Devoldfabrikken. This will include a trip to a glass blower studio.
It’ll then be time for an adrenalin buzz as we set out on a 2-hour wildlife safari at sea. Keep an eye peeled for eagles and puffins. Having worked up an appetite we’ll have lunch on a tiny island, Skotholmen.
Back to Ålesund and overnight in a luxury hotel.
Day 8: Norway
Explore the town of Ålesund. It’s located at the point where the Sunnmøre Alps and the fjords meet. We’ll then visit the Art Nouveau Centre in Apotekergården. The town was destroyed by fire in 1904 and subsequently rebuilt in an art nouveau style. At the museum, you can visit a recreation of the town as it was before 1904.
This will be our last day in Norway. As your Scandi adventure draws to a close you’ll be transferred to the airport for your return flight.
