Sweden is famed for its sea and cityscapes, and rightfully so – lakes, forests, mountains and thousands of coastal islands bring this impressive country together. With a rich royal history and abundance of culture (where even the train station are decorated as modern art murals), its capital city of Stockholm is home to palaces, parks and museums that beg to be visited and explored. And of course you can’t forget the ABBA museum in Stockholm.
Scandi Noir brought Nordic culture to a much wider audience in recent years. Sweden is one of the most prosperous and peaceful countries. Scandinavian minimalism is a byword for understated elegance.
Wrap up warm and explore the varied charms of Sweden from the capital city to exotic locations, such as a far flung IceHotel 200 km inside the Arctic Circle. The hotel is built from ice every winter. It melts away in summer, only to be rebuilt once again when the seasons change.
