Located in Riviera Maya, this is one of the best luxury all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. It’s an all-villa resort and it’s also adults-only. The hotel has a rustic charm and it pays tribute to the Mayan heritage of Mexico. The resort is spread over the beach and the jungle.
All guests have their own butler. This is especially appealing with all-inclusive bar – you can have as many cocktails brought to your villa as you like. Do drink sensibly!
The spa offers a range of services, from massages to ancient Mayan rituals. There’s also an infinity pool. The intimacy of this resort makes it especially popular for couples’ trips and honeymoons. All of the villas are surprisingly big and come with four-poster beds, private decks and plunge pools. Some of the bigger resorts in the area can feel less personal, but the relatively small size of this one gives the service a more tailor-made feel.
This twin-centre itinerary takes in two of our favourite all-inclusive luxury resorts in the Maldives. You can pick one resort over another, or you can combine both of them in a single trip, giving you a more extensive experience of the Maldives.
Spread out over two islands connected by a bridge, OZEN is a great luxury hotel. It’s very modern. The decor has a nautical theme. As the islands are so small you’re only ever a short walk away from the bluest waters. On one side of the resort are the famous overwater villas dotted across the lagoon.
Hurawalhi Island Resort has the largest underwater restaurant in the Maldives. Its house reef is also very impressive. This is an adults-only resort with 90 villas. The all-inclusive options at both resorts will cater to all your luxury travel needs.
Not to be confused with the previous resort, OZEN by Atmosphere, OZEN Reserve is a different hotel in the Maldives that’s part of the OZEN group. This is a hotel that takes luxury to the next level, even by Maldivian standards. It has one of the best house reefs in the Maldives.
The all inclusive options here are quite something. Think Moet on tap – yeah, we aren’t even joking. This is about as high end as you can get. The villas are state of the art too.
There are even suites that would make Elizabeth Taylor blush: they have private wine cellars and four staff members to run them. You’d be hard pressed to find a more upmarket resort than this one. If you’re planning something really special, then this is the all inclusive resort to go for.
UNICO 20°87° is located in Riviera Maya and it’s one of our favourite all inclusive hotels in Mexico. It’s similar in concept to The Viceroy Riviera Maya, although more design focused. It’s located halfway between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. The location of the hotel is in fact revealed in its name: yup, those are the coordinates.
Expect luxury combined luxury with rustic charm. UNICO 20°87° also has a distinctive Mexican feel, including colourful art, and Spanish colonial influences. There are many resorts to choose from in Riviera Maya so it can be hard to favour one over another. This one does standout from the crowd tough. Enjoy added touches like multi-level swimming pools and round the clock butler service.
The food and drink options are also excellent. The all inclusive options will give you chance to try all five on-site restaurants.
