These shoulder months are worth prioritizing for couples who want the country at its best without Carnival’s crowds or cost.
July through September is Brazil’s winter, mild rather than cold across most of the country, and the best window for Fernando de Noronha specifically, when the water is at its clearest for diving and snorkeling.
