Sumptuous and impeccably designed, Velaa cost around $200 million to bring to life. It’s a popular destination for luxury honeymooners and celebrities alike thanks to the opulence of the resort’s completely private suites and overwater villas. It’s not all rest and relaxation in the Maldives – this resort also hosts a whole range of exciting activities and adventures. If you’re a water-lover, you’ll find hi-tech water sports on offer such as flyboarding and hoverboarding. Day 1-4: Velaa
Velaa Private Island is a classic Maldivian luxury resort. It’s surrounded by some of the best snorkelling and diving sites in the Maldives. As well as the stunning beaches you expect from the Maldives, Velaa also has a sprawling golf course designed by Jose Maria Olazabal.

You’ll have your own ‘jadugar’ (Urdu for ‘magician’) to take care of your every need – you’ll never have to lift a finger here.
